Bob Von Hagen, co-owner of Flynn-Aire, brings over four decades of HVAC industry expertise to his leadership role. His journey began with hands-on experience as a Union Steamfitter in New York City's five boroughs, where he developed his unwavering commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.

A graduate of DeWitt High School in the Bronx, Bob pursued further education at Marist College, Lehman College, and CCNY. His practical experience includes roles as a Refrigeration Engineer at Murray Skating Rink in Yonkers and work with Borough Mechanical in Mt. Vernon, where he expanded his expertise across a wide range of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. Since acquiring Flynn-Aire with his business partner Bob Hansen in 1998, Bob has led the company through significant growth while maintaining its community-focused values. He currently serves on the Town of Huntington plumbing board (since 2013) and holds multiple master plumber licenses across Long Island's towns and villages.

Bob's commitment to excellence is reflected in his extensive professional credentials, including Suffolk County Master Plumber, OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification, and numerous other municipal licenses. Under his leadership, Flynn-Aire has become a pillar of the Long Island community, supporting local charities and providing essential HVAC services to generations of residents.

Married for 41 years to his wife Connie, Bob embodies the family values that define Flynn-Aire's approach to business. His dedication to both his family and the company demonstrates the work-life integration that has made Flynn-Aire successful for over three decades.
